GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The driver engages in any reasonable way to get your vehicle on time for appointments. The driver will not be liable for delays due to causes beyond his control. The vehicle and the passengers are covered by insurance. The vehicle is in compliance with the permits in force in Italy and in E.E.C.
Passenger luggage is transported entirely under the responsibility of the passenger himself, who declares that property at the time of boarding.
The customer is obliged to report as quickly as possible any problems resulting from outages or failures are directly attributable to the actions of the driver. We will take action to resolve quickly any distress for customer satisfaction.
These conditions of carriage and all related services respect the laws governing the sale of car rental services with driver and carriage of third parties, to guarantee the protection of passengers and their baggage.
Complaints and refund requests must be sent by email within one month of the date of the transfer.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Fuel, tolls, passengers insurance, parking, 1 meal for the driver.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Ferries, tunnel fees (if any), meal for the driver after the first.
CANCELLATION
The customer can cancel the reservation by e-mail. Confirmation of cancellation will be by e-mail.
Reservation can be cancelled by phone too, provided that it is followed by a written notice.
For cancellations communicated within 72 hours before the start of the service, will not be applied any penalty.
For cancellations communicated between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the service, will apply a penalty of 50%.
For cancellations notified less than 24 hours before the start of the service, will apply a penalty of 100%.

TRANSFERS
Transfer services include a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes at the airport and 30 minutes at the train station or elsewhere. Any longer waiting time will be charged every 60 minutes.
SUPPLEMENTS
A surcharge of 20% on the agreed price shall apply to the services, or parts of services, carried out between 09:00 p.m. and 06:00 a.m..
Note: the services are intended to begin and end in the garage, so the distances and times are subject to the time it takes the vehicle to leave and return to the garage at the end of the service.
The use of the term "Tour" within our website always refers to a transport service with car and driver.
The use of the term "Guided Tours" within our site refers to transfer services with car and driver, the driver will arrange the optimal route.
